The host, Shaun was really confident and had good connections with the students. He was very polite, was able to handle questions from the students and was able to adapt himself quickly to changing situations.
Beside Gina and Shaun who have done a great job, we would also like to give a special feedback to the two live guides from China and Thailand, especially Vijo (the elephant expert). Vijo did a great job in explaining to the students and he did very well in engaging them. The students can sense his enthusiasm and love for the animals and he was also very patient with our students in answering their questions! Help us to convey this feedback too.

Golden Travel have definitely exceeded our expectations in terms of quality of the program, or in terms of making adjustments to meet SMM guidelines or any other unforeseeable events that resulted in the postponement of program. Especially our coordinator Cindy, She is wonderful and did a fantastic job in helping to ensure a smooth flow of program by keeping a tight communication loop between the school and the trainers. She was also very flexible and adaptable and I'm impressed at how resourceful she is and her experience in the field really level up the game. She understood the demands of school and chose the best fit for us. The trainers are also very good in their skills and expertise to engaged through meaningful activities that meet the programme's objectives. overall, I feel that if we were to run the program again, we will definitely consider engaging Golden Travel again.

The virtual overseas tour and cultural appreciation programme organised and conducted by Golden Travel was very well planned and organised. During the presentation, students not only get to learn more about China as a country, but the facilitators were able to make comparison with Singapore, thus making the learning meaningful for the students. We also like the use of tools such as Kahoot and Escape Room during the Virtual Tour to engage the students and also to check their understanding. Thank you Cindy for making arrangement to introduce authentic Chinese snack for tea break and Peking Duck Bento set as lunch for our students. Majority of our students simply love the food. In addition, we also like to thank the GTS team for all the help in assisting us to set up the zoom sessions (inclusive of trial session) with our China twinning school to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Facilitators & support Team led by Cindy did a fabulous job in managing the changes on the ground and accommodating to school’s requests. The COVID-19 situation threw a lot of curve balls but the team was patient and manage to deliver the outcomes with high quality. The Virtual overseas tour and exchange programme organised and conducted by Golden Travel was well thought through and planned. Programme was innovative and creative. It was able to meet the intended learning outcomes for my school. The staff who conducted the programme was professional. My students fully enjoyed the experience. Although the students were not able to travel this year, the virtual tour of Vietnam and Chiangmai brought the two countries into our classroom. It was truly a memorable and exciting experience for the students. The schools that were selected for us to do the meet up was suitable. The staff at Golden Travel did a good job in pairing the overseas schools with my school. For that to happen, they needed to fully understand my school's profile and be able to find a suitable match. After each session, the staff from golden Travels took the time to do a follow up to ensure that the students and staff from my school did not face any difficulties during the programme. This allowed us to have a open channel of communication. This communication ensure that each session was carried out well and the students learnt something from it.

The virtual session was very engaging and the speaker was very good. The videos were appropriate and managed to catch the attention of the students. The sequence of the activities was also good.. The students enjoyed the kahoot activity and the instructor could sustain their attention.

Personally, I really thankful for the whole team to help with the whole program. They really put in a lot of effort and help in all the cooking and cleaning.
